รายละเอียด: Job Responsibilities
- To forecast and manage the accounting & finance functions by ensuring all operations are managed in a timely and effective manner.
- To be responsible for the preparation of company’s financial statements.
- To provide a disclosure of information and comply with SEC, SET to company’s stakeholders.
- To prepare finance annual report and present to investors.
- To be responsible for the arrangements for the Board of Directors and Annual General Shareholder meetings.
- To measure the performance and control the budget analysis report.
- To arrange a plan for company’s yearly assessment of REIT.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting / Finance or other related field.
- A Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience and 2-5 years of experience in Estate industry.
-Experiences in team management/ supervision
Salary package :
฿ 60,000 - 70,000 (Thai Baht)
